Sometimes we struggle. Sometimes we fail. Sometimes we just need a little push. We are human. Some days, I keep telling myself are going to be harder than others. The only thing that really defines if it is a success or a failure, is if we give up. Sometimes the trail is a little rougher and our travel is a little slower, but we are still moving forward.
I read a wonderful story today. This story included God which is my top priority for this year's resolution. For without him I will surely fail. The story I encountered was about pennies from heaven. All pennies read: In God We Trust so from now on I will be reminded of this with every penny I find. You can read the whole story in its entirety at the link Pennies From Heaven Story. These pennies will also be a reminder to me, not just to trust in him but also to hold my faith in him and follow him. Not faltering and being sure to include him in my every day.
My plan for including God in my daily life: Begin each day with a prayer, read the daily scripture from the "Daily Scripture" app on my phone, read the daily scripture in Power magazine, and be sure to include a scripture with each day's post. Looking for great Christian websites might also be a great idea!
I know that days I remember to include him go smoother than the days I don't even give him a thought. My belief is that if I want to meet all of my goals I MUST be sure to have his help along the way! Our forefathers knew this as they embarked on the journey of creating a new nation, and look where we are today! Let's go forward together and meet those goals trusting that the Lord will help us through even the toughest of days!

Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed. Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass. (Psalms 37:3-5 KJV)
